Who Are We?

Alfred Addae (Al), as an engineer, began investing in real estate in 2002. After renovating several homes in distressed neighborhoods, he saw a need to bring change to these communities and empower people through affordable home ownership. As demand grew for more affordable housing, he made a choice to leave the engineering field to pursue a full time business as a contractor and investor. As owner of A Team Contractors, Al has been successful in revitalizing neighborhoods by building energy efficient homes.

Our Business Strategy

Our strategy is a full-service, end-to-end construction system designed for efficiency and consistency. We manage projects from raw land development through to fully completed, market-ready homes. This includes planning, design, engineering, construction, and final delivery.

Community Partnerships

We helped train employees at Senior Connections in 2007 on weatherisation practices by performing on-the-job training at their clients' homes in a project sponsored by Georgia Power. We have worked with several non-profit organisations over the past 13 years to include the following:

We played a key role in helping them accomplish their goals for CDBG, FHLB and several other grants for home renovations. We have managed the construction of multiple projects ranging from high end homes to the more affordable "starter" homes.
